At Semikolon, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home organization and stationery products. If your order isn't perfect, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and receive a return authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original Semikolon packaging, ensuring all premium finishes are protected, and include your printed return slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
